Damn That Hill- Friday, January 21
Synopsis: So the program says for me to do a hilly run. What did I end up picking- running up 17th Street from my place to Clayton which is a pretty good climb once you cross Market. Then the downhill part was going from Clayton to Market (one part of it being a little hairy since there was no sidewalk and it was evening) and hitting 19th Street. I actually took a wrong turn onto Castelli and then to Douglas to 18th Street.
So here are the stats:

Total milage: 3.38 miles
Average heart rate: 137 beats per minute
Average pace: 13:17 minutes per mile
Time in heart rate zone: 3:38 minutes
Time above heart rate zone: 5:11 minutes
Time below heart rate zone: 33:05 minutes
Best pace: 9:51 minutes per mile

I swear that after this run, I felt like someone really whopped my ass. I have never been so whiped out in my life (maybe after my first time doing Bikhram yoga). But yes it was an asswhooping. I gobbled a lot of sushi with Alan afterwards.
