Seems like I'm zooming on the first interval of each bracket and then going slower and slower as I progress. I'm wondering if I should just take it slow on the first few intervals then zoom up which is something I should practice. For my 1200m and my 800m laps, I'm in between the goal times of doing those laps if I was going to run a 5K in 29 and 27 minutes respetively. However, my 400m time is actually pushing at a 25 minute finish goal time.

I'm actaully liking track workouts now. Before I would dread them but I do like just zooming around and seeing how much I improve each week.

I did a yoga class this morning. I didn't realize how tight my muscles are! So this should be on the regimine.
