Recovery Run- Thursday, January 20
A note of dorkiness- I accidentally erased my stats for today's run which was somewhat putzing down 16th Street to Market down Castro to 18th Street and up Eurkea to 20th Street to Hartford to 19th Street to Dolores Park and home.
So here are some approximates:
Time run- around 38 minutes
Approximate milage- around 3 or 3.5 miles
Comments: Now I'm wondering what is wrong with me because most of the time, I was below heart rate range. I'm getting a little concerned because I want to know if I am really in shape or not pushing myself to my limits.
Hmmm...
Diet Notes: Day 3 of detox diet down. I swear I want to go back and eat fatty food. But I am actually feeling a tad bit healthier. I think it's just the fact that I'm on my period and want to go back to cooking good healthy meals. Something like this keeps me in check.
