Shit I'm Lagging! Saturday, January 8
I swear, when the alarm went off at 6am this morning, I heard rain coming down and didn't want to go out to run. When I finally got out of bed around 8am, there was a patch of blue sky where I wanted to kick myself for not running. However, it's all clouds and rain and ick the whole day through.
This week was a doozie week. Didn't run as much as I should but oh hell, get back onto the bandwagon again. Hopefully I'll be well to start a fresh week.
Nurtrition bits: Now I know why most dietitians reccommend eating breakfast for weight loss. This morning, expecting a donut muffin at the Farmers Market (but with none in sight since Downtown Bakery from Heldsburg wasn't around) I came over to the AIDS/ LifeCycle kickoff party chowing down a lot of food and eating greasy pizza from Blondie's a few hours later. I'm not sure that makes a rather healthy meal but I did have a healthy meal with lo cal mac and cheese and the last of my beet salad. But still, I feel hungry and I even want to go out and get a bite to eat. Yeah, it's that bad.
Lesson for the day- EAT BREAKFAST!!!
